The day after Christmas - the fun keeps coming!

A few days after Christmas, my family from Rocky Mount makes the drive to come see us all and exchange gifts. My kids count the minutes because they l-o-v-e their cousins.

We have always read the story of Jesus' birth. My grandma would read it, but since her passing, my dad has taken over. It's a very special tradition for us.

We were missing several folks this year due to work obligations and they were so missed!

After we stuffed our faces and exchanged gifts, we headed out to the beach. Cousin Mollie and Uncle Brett (her dad) wanted to do their own polar plunge. I'll let the pictures do the talking.
