Harper-isms at 17 months.

17 months? Really? I don't know why, but that number just seems so....... old. We are almost to the point where we can say he is "one and a half." Where the heck is time going and will it please come back? Harper says, "Get over it MOM!"



Here are just a few things that Harper is up to these days:

~He will do the "mean face" upon request:


~He likes to sit under the table that once served as our unity candle table:


~He says "uh oh" anytime he drops something.

~When I say, "Hug Mickey Mouse", he grabs Mickey and hugs him all the way to the floor:




~His diet is becoming much better! He will now eat cucumber, corn sticks, certain types of chicken. He recently discovered ketchup too and will dip most anything into it, like an old pro.

~He likes to be read to, but is still a bit rough on his books:


~He is very, very attached to my mom.


~After a day of chasing a 17-month-old, my house looks like this:
